We (Tahie Nights) effectively become your tenant.
We lease your property for an agreed amount of time and guarantee you a fixed rental income on the same date every single month.
We then furnish the property and sub-let to professional tenants who are thoroughly vetted, credit-checked and referenced, and we manage any property or tenant issues throughout the duration of our agreed contract.
You will only ever deal with us personally as the contract will be between us and you.
Our guests are largely business travellers and long-stay vacationers, meaning more security and quality of guests.
